Many of our customers have asked for a feature to sell additional products and services along with tickets to their events, for example to sell merchandising products for the event or accept donations
As we are always trying to improve our service to get a better customer experience amiando developed a new feature for selling additional products and bundles to your tickets via your own ticket shop! There are no bounds set to your creativity. Grant your participants attractive additional services and earn more money selling anything you can imagine, from welcome-drinks and shuttle-services to merchandising and catering.
The feature works just like the ticketing system – you simply add a product name and set its price. The different settings allow you to choose the best way to present your product to your participants. Insert pictures and HTML-Codes, ask for an optional delivery address or set a differing sales tax for the product. Almost anything is possible!
Need some ideas how to use this new feature?
- offer different dinner menus
- offer hotel room bookings
- offer special product offers only to selected guests, e.g. your most valued customers or members of the press
- sell merchandising articles and let your guests choose size and color
Here is a short tutorial how to use the new feature:
Go to the Ticket Sales section and choose “additional products”. Click on “create a new product” to sell additional products and services to your event:
Choose the best way to present your product to your customers:
Enter product name and price, add a description and choose between further options. After that click “create product”, to add it to your ticket shop:
Once you’ve created a product it will show up in your amiando shop. The attendee can choose your products while buying his tickets and will automatically be charged for any items he chooses:
