re:publica
What started as a gathering of bloggers, internet activists and internet intellectuals with 700 attendees has become one of the biggest conferences in Germany about blogs, social media and digital society. The re:publica takes place on May 2-4 in Berlin for the sixth time and it has much to offer: 3.000 attendees, 160 hours of program on 3 days and 8 stages, 270 speakers from over 30 countries, 280 journalists,… This year’s motto in ACT!ON – a symbol for the social media’s influence on political movements.

Future Insights Live
Several top events are joining forces at the Future Insights Live in Las Vegas from April 30th – May 4th: Future of Web Apps, Future of Web Design, Future of Mobile and the newly introduced Future of Web in the Enterprise. Role Play Convention 2012
At the Role Play Convention 2012 on May 5 & 6 in Cologne, all types of role play from board games over PC games to LARP are present. Players, users, providers, clans and fans will get together. The program comprises live music, speeches, workshops, and of course lots of opportunity for playing old and new games!
