We say “welcome” to Susanne our new Chief Sales Officer. We are happy and proud to have her on board now.
Susanne brings leading industry credentials to her new role. After working for Streamevent she became Sales Director at Getty Images. Between 2009 and 2011 she headed the office of Getty Images as Country Manager, reporting directly to the European Senior Vice President.
She now joins amiando as Chief Sales Officer with overall responsibility for the international sales team. “I’m really looking forward to an exciting new challenge at amiando and to becoming part of this successful and ambitious team” Susanne said today.

German-Libyan Forum 2012
The German-Lybian Business Forum 2012 takes place in Tripolis, Lybia on February 27 – March 1. Tracking your Sales Channels
Would you like to know where attendees registered for your event? On your own website, on Facebook, or at the event venue itself?
Under “Revenues” you now have the possibility to view all of the different sales channels. The sales channels are also listed in your own reports, which you can export in Settings under “Data Export”.
Improved cancellation management for you as the organizer
For the question how should amiando handle cancellation requests from your attendees, you can now choose the new option “Forward to the event organizer”. When you use this option, you have the possibility to set your own conditions for cancellations. The cancellation order is then processed by amiando. This option can be found under “Payment Handling” in your event.
